DOMESTIC HOT WATER HEATER ONLY
24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE
BURNER OVERHAUL: Complete annual inspection, lubrication and overhaul of oil burner all burner controls checked and adjusted. Tested for efficiency.
REPLACEMENT PARTS: Repair or replacement of parts on burner including labor if available from our normal sources of supply.
EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE: This plan covers Hot Water Heater Burner. It does not cover anything excluded in the General Conditions nor any of the following important parts of your heating system.
Not covered hot water heater parts:

Tank replacement.

If you have misused your heating system or have attempted repairs yourself or have hired an outside party to attempt to repair it.

If your heating systems operation has been impaired for any reason not directly attributable to the wear and tear of ordinary use or has been damaged by vandalism, fire, flood, power outages, your failure to keep non-covered parts in good repair or any other reason including acts of God or nature.

Water Heaters that do not meet industry standards.

Any repair or maintenance that cannot be performed in a safe manner due to the presence of asbestos or any other environmentally hazardous substance or due to the existence of an unsafe condition.

The venting (exhaust and power venting), jacket and interior doors, supply and delivery water piping, wiring and or electric service.

Any damage caused, or costs incurred, to gain access, including restoration costs. For example plaster, drywall, or ceiling repair costs.

Updating to meet code, law or ordinance requirements or changes.

BOILER OR FURNACE
($125 for each additional unit)

FURNACE INSPECTION: a complete inspection of your furnace, including combustion chamber, flues, and smoke pipe; vacuum cleaned if necessary.
REPLACEMENT PARTS: Repair or replacement of parts on burner including labor if available from our normal sources of supply.
EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE: This plan covers Oil Burner and its controls. It does not cover anything excluded in the General Conditions nor any of the following important parts of your heating system.

If your heating system has been damaged or denied fuel by broken or plug the lines; by water; sediment or sludge in your oil tank or by inadequate fuel-pumping equipment.

Repairs to underground or above-ground oil lines, frozen oil lines, gelled oil tanks, or removal of water, sediment or sludge from your oil tank.

If you request us to arrive at your residence after our normal business hours to prepare noises, odors or leaks when your furnace or boiler is still operational and still providing heat.

If an appointment is made and our serviceman arrives to find no one home, there will be a charge.

If you request us to perform simple homeowner tasks that require no special tools, training or abilities such as resetting your circuit breakers or changing fuses; turning up your thermostat; turning on your emergency switches; filling your boiler with enough water to operate properly; venting your radiators or draining your expansion tank.

Work performed on non-covered parts will be billed at prevailing repair rates.
